Allow competitive Swimming Clubs to use indoor pools in Leicester City

What the petition asks

Leicester City is the only place in Britain where elite athletes are not allowed to train. All swimming clubs are adhering to strict COVID guidelines from National guidance to ensure contamination is minimised
Review with immediate effect the ban on use of indoor pools. When following guidelines it is far safer than other places where restrictions have been lifted. All other area where restrictions are in place still have access to these facilities. It would seem unfair to say the least.
