Deliveries for the vulnerable in all pharmacies as an NHS Essential Service

What the petition asks
The government must fund all pharmacies to be able to supply medication to all those that are vulnerable that includes elderly patients those, whom are deemed disabled.
Currently (exception to Covid guidance) pharmacies have been supplying a lifeline of free delivery to patients without any additional funding to those deemed vulnerable
