Legalise the use of CBD in flower and leaf form.

What the petition asks
Legalise CBD in flower form to allow alternative methods of consumption and catch up with the rest of the modern world.
With the world moving into a new and modern era, I believe the restrictions on "plants" should change. King Henry VIII supported farmers growing hemp, and in 2020 you can be imprisoned for 5 years for possessing a plant. CBD in controlled form has many proven benefits. The legalisation could also aid in collecting some much needed tax to soften the blow of COVID-19 expenditures.
