Partially refund tuition fees for students learning during the covid crisis

Many students working through this crisis have no in person teaching time however are paying the same price as a normal year , the online learning format disadvantages students who cannot afford a decent laptop or technology to make this learning format easier . University students are being forgotten during this pandemic despite the amount they’re paying for a good education .
