What the petition asks

Love holidays.com are holding on to customers money for months and months. They are supposed to refund money within 14-days and there are thousands of people still waiting for their money for 5 months plus.

They are legally obliged to refund money within 14-days and they are blatantly ignoring the law; the legal system and the government is doing nothing about this. There are literally hundreds of thousands of people being cheated out of their money. It's an utter disgrace and love holidays are not the only company at fault.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a civil matter between individual travellers and airlines or travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
