To reinstate flights from Manchester to Cayo Coco Cuba

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

In 2019 Thomas Cook went into liquidation, flights from the UK to Cayo Coco Cuba ceased and no flights go to this popular destination, If this flight path could be resumed it would help to generate revenue for the UK.
This would please many regular holiday makers as this popular destination is only currently possible flying for 18 hour into Europe then into Cayo Coco Cuba with long waiting times, where the ceased flight path that Thomas Cook did was 9 hours, there are a lot of individuals in the UK who agree the revenue for such flights are going to Airlines in Europe and Canada, when it should and could resume giving good revenue to the UK economy, we ask for this flight path that ceased to be resumed by petition.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This would be a matter for airlines, not the UK Government or Parliament.
