What the petition asks

To get in contact with lewisham Council to
remove the barriers on lewisham Borough back streets because of major traffic on the south circular in both direction. Its much worse and at a stand still every morning.

When the back streets were open to cars in the lewisham Borough there wasn't traffic this bad. If theres an accident on the south circular now there won't be anywhere for traffic to go now. This is really not going to work.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
