Exempt children under 10 from the Rule of Six

What the petition asks
We call on the Government to exempt Children under 10 from the Rule of Six in England. Public Health England statistics show that children under 10 have a lower infection rate than teenagers and adults. If the Government is following the science then this age group should be exempt.
Given their age, children can’t be expected to socially distance like adults can.
