Make Covid-19 tests available regularly for shielding families

What the petition asks
Allow families who were previously shielding during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to be eligible for regular testing
To protect those deemed clinically extremely vulnerable. Provide confidence to relatives to attend work, school or college. Alleviate anxiety and stress for close relatives.
