Give Grandparents automatic access rights to see their grandchildren.

Rejected 14 signatures

What the petition asks

To give Grandparents the automatic right to have access to their grandchildren so they can build and have loving and meaningful relationships with their grandchildren.
My son’s partner controls when, where and how we see our grandchild and as she has fallen out with us she will now not allow us to see or have any relationship with our grandchild. She has never allowed us to spend time alone with our grandchild, pick him up, take him out on walks, provide any child care for him even though they clearly struggle with money. Parents should not be allowed to use their child as a weapon against their grandparents.
