Allow the characters on private registrations to be spaced out to display names

What the petition asks
Allow the space to be moved so it shows the name/word, which is the reason the personalised number plate would have been purchased in the first place.
So long as police ANPR systems can still read the number plates and pick up the vehicle details, I don't see why they can't be spaced to actually show the name. As long as there isn't any illegal bits done, such as adding a dot between 11 to make a H, or shortening the top of a 7 to make an I, then it should be allowed.
