Engage the CICP to investigate the UK Government for breach of international law

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The Conservative Government are willing to break international law to force through Brexit. We, the citizens of the UK do not consent.
The Conservatives are deliberately destroying the UK's future international potential, by breaking international law. We, the citizens do not consent.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We understand that you are concerned by the prospect of the UK Government breaching international law, but it's not clear what action you want the Government or House of Commons to take, or what the mean by "CIPC".

Taking action in relation to a possible breach of international law would be a matter for the parties involved and any international bodies with jurisdiction to consider the dispute.
