Disability awareness at all levels of national curriculum to prevent bullying

What the petition asks
Children have a lack of understanding around disabilities, I think this is why some children are bullied for having a disability. Make it compulsory for children to be taught about it and why people may have it. This will help children understand and also help stop children feeling isolated.
There have been serious cases of bullying for disabilities such as autism, including where children have been hurt or have suffered serious mental health problems as a result. These children are our future - we have to teach children it’s wrong to bully for being different and make them understand it, and the best place is a school environment. Make it a compulsory lesson for all age groups.
