Add traffic light and speed bumps to school roads

What the petition asks
Add patrol people and police around school areas as people are getting hurt.
Somebody got hit and they are only 11 yrs old stating secondary school. We need to stop this from happening.

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
