What the petition asks
Ensure that the London mayor cannot change our history and legacy by removing historical monuments or changing names of places without the permission of parliament .
It isn’t his right to make these decisions , he doesn’t seem to have our tourist industry or the nations best interests at heart and should not be allowed to make these decisions without the public’s permission .

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
