What the petition asks

Allow all care home residents to receive care at tax payers expense regardless of savings. Lots of people are getting payments due to COVID but care home residence continue to pay £3500 a month but are not allowed visitors or to leave the home. Prisoners who murdered get a better life.

There are so many charities, workers, local hunts and others who are all receiving payouts for various reasons due to the current COVID epidemic but residents of care homes who have in excess of £24,000 have not received any support. I would like to government to cancel all individual charges for daily care and back date payment to the beginning of the lockdown where residents have been literally locked up without visitors or allowed to leave the home.
