Reintroduce shielding with financial support

What the petition asks

The people most at risk of death are no longer being protected by shielding outside of care homes. Those people will make up the majority of deaths during the second wave of COVID. Vulnerable children and adults are being forced to expose their families to risky school environments and workplaces
With fines for parents that cannot risk sending children to school and no furlong or financial support forcing vulnerable people to work, many feel they have no choice but to risk death to comply with government policy. It appears that the government is now happy to sacrifice the vulnerable and extremely vulnerable population in stark contrast to its actions during the first wave.
