Allow 30 people to attend weddings to match the regulations for funerals.

In light of the new restrictions on 22nd September, wedding capacity in England has dropped to 15 people. However funerals have remained at 30. Funerals are sad but they are still a gathering of family and friends where a celebration takes place. Weddings should therefore have the same numbers.
