Suspend the requirement to attend citizenship ceremonies in order to ensure thousands of people are not left without right to abode and voting rights.Due to pandemic, ceremonies were halted,hundred of thousands left in limbo and no personal security.
Temporary suspend citizenship ceremonies or switch to virtual ones
