Allow Recovery groups up to 30 to meet in a COVID responsible way

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Allow meetings of recovery groups up to 30 people as long as they are compliant with COVID-19 regulations.
Recovery groups are essential to the wellbeing of thousands in the UK. Addiction not only hurts those suffering, but their family, friends and greater society. Recovery meetings are not a social gathering. Recovery meetings have been using social distancing measures, track and trace, providing hand sanitiser, cleaning, and face masks in order to be COVID secure. We are asking that venues who adhere to social distancing rules to continue to be allowed to hold meetings of up to 30 people.
