Covid:Only vulnerable citizens should isolate; Others allowed to restart economy

What the petition asks
Given the catastrophic impact Covid-19 is having on the UK economy, jobs, citizens day-to-day life and prospects for the future, the country should get a vote on isolating ONLY vulnerable citizens; allowing the young, fit and healthy to protect the economy by continuing normal activities.
Whilst mask wearing and social distancing should continue, the other draconian measures implemented by the UK and devolved countries has to stop.
Why it was rejected
