What the petition asks

fraudulent money grabbing universities to refund student accommodation that's already been paid when they only have to be on campus for half to 1 day and the rest of their courses are on line
Direct the university accommodation services to offer full refunds for those that need it.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
