Make the consumption of alcohol illegal in government or parliamentary buildings

What the petition asks

Whilst in a government or parliamentary building it should be illegal to consume alcohol. This should include the removal of all bars or any area that sells alcohol inside a government building and the houses of parliament
Whilst running a country, no person should be under the influence of alcohol as this can lead to bad decisions and issues that may affect the country in a bad way. Therefore make it illegal to consume alcohol inside government buildings.
