Improve the accessibility and quality of care for new parents and babies.

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

Ensure that all parents and babies receive adequate care from Health visitors and GPs following childbirth.
The mental health of parents is taken more seriously, particularly during the Covid pandemic.
Reopen clinics to ensure babies’ development is correctly monitored.
As a new mum, occasional health visitor phone calls and the lack of accessibility to GP appointments has increased my anxiety at an already difficult time. The only consistency across health care for new mums has been totally inadequate and it is frightening to think of the potential detrimental impacts this has had on new mums and babies across the country.
