What the petition asks
The Government needs to extend the visa durations for international students who have all being affected negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most, if not all international students are attracted to the UK for studies due to its reputation as a quality education and work experience provider.

As you are aware, many graduate jobs have either been paused till next fall (September 2021) or scrapped entirely for the year 2020. This has put international students of 2019/2020 at a disadvantage.
Graduating 1st class, distinction or Merit counts for nothing, if we can not gain 6months, 1year or 2year of world class graduate training.
The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that employers have shelved graduate jobs of 2020 till 2021, by this period our visas would have expired.
