After Matt's Hancock speach about how cancer patients need to wait for treatment and diagnosis until covid is controlled its clear we need someone else making these decisions, all lifes matter and cancer has a bigger fatality rate than Covid.

Give same priority to cancer patients and other serious and fatal illnesses as covid.
Thousands of people will have late diagnosis, late treatment and it might be too late then.

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
