Allow travel to sports facilities and gyms in other areas during local lockdowns

Gyms/sports facilities should be able to offer services to other lockdown areas. They can display QR track and trace.

Fitness is a powerful thing on many levels. It keeps us healthy, promotes wellbeing and keeps us active and mentally alert.

During the current covid climate local lockdowns are putting restrictions on training and fitness and with many of us training or competing as part of a team we face falling behind. It can be demoralising and lonely training by yourself, you can also run the risk of injury due to improper training.
