What the petition asks

I, and on behalf of all UK football fans, want football games to be free to watch. This is at least while there is a pandemic and fans can't enter stadiums. Us football fans want to watch Premier League, Championship, League 1, League 2, Champions League and Europa League football for free.

UK football fans love their sport and have a passion for it. It is in our soul to love football and celebrate a victory with friends. Football is the world's most popular sport, yet monopolistic companies charge hundreds of pounds to allow football fans to watch all the games of the club you love and follow. At least while fans cannot enter stadiums because of the pandemic, please make all high level football in the UK free to watch.

The availability of, and cost associated with, watching football on TV or online is a matter for football's organising bodies, clubs, broadcasters, and supporters, not the UK Government or Parliament.
