EU citizens with pre-settled status have the same access to benefits as they did prior to the introduction of the EU Settlement Scheme.

Stop EU citizens with pre settled and settled status from claiming benefits:
- Income Support
- income-related Jobseekers’ Allowance (JSA)
- income-related Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
- Pension Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Universal Credit
- PIP
