We suggest that the first train of the day between Lincoln and London Kings Cross and the last train of the Day between London Kings Cross and Lincoln both Routed via Spalding and Sleaford giving Sleaford and Spalding a direct train to the Capital this will help tourism for Spalding and boost travel opportunities for South Lincolnshire.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Decisions on service patterns would be a matter for LNER.
You could start a petition calling for the Government to fund a direct rail service from Spalding to London, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
