Stop/reduce putting plastic in the ocean.

What the petition asks
We would like the Government to reduce the amount of plastic being put in the ocean as there is a lot of plastic being discarded and creating 'plastic oceans.' Destroying people and animals lives.
We want the Government to discuss it as it is a major issue that causes many lives to be destroyed. It also affects many marine life and flying creatures while hunting. It is imperative the Government does something as soon as possible before it gets worse.
