Upgrade the WiFi in U.K. hospitals to aid FaceTime while we are unable to visit

What the petition asks
Due to Covid 19 we are unable to visit our loved ones in hospitals. Some hospitals are providing a FaceTime service but the WiFi is so poor it makes the call impossible. The lack of visits and services available is hindering our loved ones recoveries.
We want the government to improve the WiFi services within U.K. hospitals to make the FaceTime calls more meaningful, in turn helping patients recovery whilst we aren’t able to visit. The provisions are just not there at the moment
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Facilities in NHS hospitals is a matter for individual NHS trusts, not the Government or House of Commons.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to create a fund for NHS hospitals that they could use to improve internet accessibility, if that is something you would like to happen.
