Driving test fee should be reduced if a learner fails

What the petition asks
Learners are not getting the full test experience due to Covid-19. The examiners stop the test once you fail to limit the time spent in the car. The test fee should then be reduced because it’s completely unfair if a learner commits a fault at the start they can’t continue. They receive no drive.
Then why should the £62 fee be taken if the learner is not even able to have the full test experience and the same fee is charged as those prior to Covid-19. We should be able to get the same experience as those that have taken their test prior to Covid as we are paying the same fee or it should be reduced as I believe it’s unfair for those that make a serious fault in the first 10 seconds of their test. They do not receive any experience and have to attempt again.
