Require products be labelled as "containing palm oil" or "palm oil free"

What the petition asks
The Government should make it compulsory that on any product available to purchase in the UK, it clearly states on the packaging whether it contains ‘palm oil’ or is ‘palm oil free’, using a standardised logo.
This should be compulsory to make it simple for customers to understand whether or not the products that they are purchasing are containing Pam oil or not. A simple logo on packaging that can be seen and recognised in a similar way as the nutritional bar that is on food products. Palm Oil is used in many products when it was not in the past, and its production is a huge contributor to deforestation. Please help save the planet.
