What the petition asks

Ban the use of fireworks to the general public. A license should be required to purchase fireworks. This is well overdue!

I’m surprised that this hasn’t been done already. I’ve always believed that sale of fireworks should only be allowed with a license to prevent serious injuries and the discomfort of pets and animals in general.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
