Cap local authority parking fines during the pandemic

What the petition asks
The amount of parking tickets given out appears to have increased during the COVID19 pandemic. I believe the majority of tickets given out are unjust. Trying to make money at this catastrophic time is unhuman.
We know parking tickets still need to be given out, otherwise our roads would be a mess. However, we demand for the government to reduce local authority parking tickets so they are affordable for our struggling residents. The government should also investigate the way these tickets are given out.
