Remove conditions to increase fares and congestion charge for any TFL bailout

What the petition asks

Londoners have been following the guidelines from the outset to stem COVID-19, often at great personal expense and sacrifice. It is unfair that the Government is now attaching conditions on any TfL bailout to increase the Congestion Charge Zone and TfL fares. We have gone through enough.
There are other ways that the Government can recoup the money spent during the pandemic that doesn't involve imposing higher charges on everyday Londoners. E.g. taxing big earners like bankers/billionaires.
