Review the procedure and criteria for getting legal aid

There have been high profile cases of suspected terrorist and their sympathisers getting legal aid to defend themselves in court and appeals. Meanwhile some hard working, law abiding, tax paying citizens have to fund their own private prosecutions and lawsuits to get justice. This needs a review.
