To reconsider allowing children to be able to have free school meals
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
To have another vote and allow for children to receive a free school meal every day during the holidays, especially if their parents aren’t able to buy them food
If a parent is unable to feed their child because they haven’t got enough money to do so, then the children should be allowed during holidays to have a free school meal so that they aren’t going hungry. Allowing this would also take pressure off parents as they would be reassured that their child will at least be getting a hot meal everyday during the holidays.
