What the petition asks

Emp Laws in bullying do not support people who are bullied. They support the finances of the business. Bullied people do not have the strength to complete the process the law demands. People who are not effected by bullying regularly benefit from the current regulations. I wish to change this

I would like to submit a document that provides true reasoning and logic that provides both integrity and commercial value to the Government. I believe the people who are truly bullied by a business may not be able to fight. I would like the Government to read and respond to my suggestions.
