What the petition asks

The police take on all areas of neighbour anti-social behaviour.
Where noise nuisance is concerned it should not have to be above a certain decibel level before it is considered a nuisance, bearing in mind people with autism and other mental health issues can be distressed by sound.

To take any noise and light pollution investigations off the council environmental health department and place it under an investigation of anti-social behavior.
As a victim of a "Neighbour from Hell" and repeatedly reporting anti-
Social behavior only to be ignored and dismissed as a clash of personalities by the police. The implications of mental health have been immense. to give us a voice and give repercussions to the offender. covid lockdown is exacerbating the issue.
