Due to continued GOVERNMENT enforced Covid restrictions New Builds have seen significant delays.
1,000’s of people could lose their deposits who have exchanged contracts once help to buy ends.
The Government must act to extend HTB for people already in process so years of saving isn't wasted

Stamp duty cut also hasn't supported first time buyers as expected due to significant delays so also guarantee extension in line with above.
