Keep driving lessons and tests open as it’s under the education category

What the petition asks
As we are entering lockdown two I would like to put it forward to have driving lessons and driving tests carried on as this comes under the education Catagory
The government/parliament should consider this as all the steps have been taken to make sure that it is done safe
Why it was rejected
