Class gyms as essential, and to remain open during the 2nd national lockdown

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Gyms pose barely any threat, if any, and support mental health for many during covid. They clean, use social distancing and follow the right protocols to keep people safe. We ask they stay open for health and to help small businesses thrive during lockdown where they're very much needed.
To support the health and wellness of people which improves covid recovery rates and supports mental health. Gyms provide this, while following safe procedures so we ask the government to class gyms as essential.
