What the petition asks

Introduce stringent performance related pay procedures for MPs based on measurable impact and success.
Introduce a performance related pay system for MPs. Link pay progression and increases with measurable data which demonstrates improvement and match such pay increases to below inflation.
To create a culture of performance management for MPs to ensure each MP demonstrates effective impact for their constituents and the nation itself. To standardise MP pay inline with other key workers like those in the state education system.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
