What the petition asks

Keep the gyms open for everybody’s health and mental well being. Closing the gyms is only going to have a worst effect on the people whose only escape is the gym.
The government or parliament have the power to look at the Covid numbers more closely the statistics show that less people have caught covid from going to their local gyms than any other social gathering places.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
