Allow travel for surfing during Covid lockdowns

Surfing to some is their livelihood and an amazing form of exercise to stay fit and healthy. This also an excellent way to keep the mindset healthy and positive. A prime example of this is the wave project who have helped many lives throught the UK for the better.

For some people they are not living by a beach so have to travel up to 2 hrs, with the new regulations in place this would not be possible for a lot of the public who do surf.
