Weddings to go ahead during 2nd lockdown, make the same rules as funerals.

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

Allow weddings to go ahead during November 2020 with maximum of 30 people as per the guidelines on funerals. You previously allowed weddings to go ahead with more people than at a funeral so why is this time different?
Weddings may have been planned for months or already pushed back. A lot of places only allow 1 movement of date for free so people moving the date again will have to pay a fee. Plans have been made with the people getting married and the people attending which all now need to be rearranged. Again, if funerals can continue why can’t weddings?
