Keep schools open during lockdown

Education is important, but children’s well being is even more so. We’ve seen a rise in mental health issues due to lockdown, so not only have children already lost 6 months of schooling, there is a real danger their mental health will struggle if they’re not mixing with other people.Also, Vulnerable children are at more risk, if not monitored. Mental health issues, child neglect all increased during the last lockdown. We have a duty of care to ensure all children are educated and kept safe
