Allow driving lessons and driving tests open for key workers

What the petition asks

To able to let key workers like myself as a carer that has a driving test booked to be allowed to sit the driving test .
Last lock down key workers were allowed so please let us sit our tests to be able to work more with the elderly and vulnerable.

Why it was rejected
